Historically I’ve found that it’s easiest to stay off porn when I’m having sex a couple of times per week. Whenever that’s the case I’m able to truly take the days off in between. I might be satisfied with fucking two nights per week but when I’m back on porn habits the frequency is higher bc I’m craving the dopamine dump.
