Used to be on the verge of obese, then I lost like 40 pounds and gained about 15 back of cleaner weight. Growing a couple inches helped too. Really just want to know what I should focus on. Been gymcelling for over a year on and off, played football too. First picture I'm almost 14, maybe 5'3" and about 150 pounds. Now/second pic I'll be 15 in under a week, ~5'7-8", 130 pounds.

Good improvement. At only 14, you have a lot more improvement in your future. More muscle will help and cutting down on a little more fat, as you seem skinny fat now (which is better than fat of course), but more muscle could mask that. Do height exercises, eat right, chew gum to your jaw muscles grow, get braces/palatal expanders if necessary, etc.

Normie but I can’t tell if the picture looks weird or you have child birthing hips and look squashed
