What

essentially PVP (Polyvinylpyrrolidone). its used as an ingredient in tablets. they say its "not absorbed orally" therefore safe. im not so sure, even if its mostly unabsorbed small amounts add up to accumulate over time. its been documented injections accumulute to cause dangerous buildup. so ive decided not to use the tablets that contain this
