Need some advice on crossbite and general teeth and shit.
Recently my dentist recommended me braces, I have a few big gaps in my teeth and a pretty bad crossbite. I agreed to getting them but now i'm worried cause will getting braces impact anything with my jaw/forward growth? I have a pretty decent jawline and good side profile but it is lopsided due to the cross bite. Will getting braces effect anything? Will it make me look worse?
Another detail I have a asymmetrical face, one side is really wide and bone dense you can clearly see my cheekbones and jawline. The other side lacks definition and structure.
I just wanna know how to go about this because braces could ascend my smile and face in general due to the gaps and crossbite but i don't want to severely effect other portions of my face.
I've already taken photos of my jaw, face, teeth from different angles to document before anything happens.
