I dont think he got all of that and if he did it was very small implants etc like a couple mm at most. Theres no one movie where his face is noticably different. I think he was on like hgh or some shit which made his jaw etc grow slightly and that would make sense for how fucked his body looks now and he's short so prob took it in hope of height
