20mg a day first week or 2 my nose felt like a strawberry from all the blackheads coming out and then my skin got really smooth 1 month in

Interseted too, accutane is the only thing that gets rid of my blackheads

I‘ve taken low dose Accutane for two years from around 2018-2020 and now I‘m taking Accutane for another 9 months.
I think it would definitely fuck you up if you took it life long. Diabetes, liver damage, joint damage and brain damage

I would suggest doing low dose for 6-8 months then hopping off letting your body recover then hopping on again, your body won't really build a tolerance to it ever.

really ?? And by taking fin, DHT would be lowered so it should have the same effect on oil production, what do you think?
