I was thinking about my feelings, and like any other person I have my shit like feeling unlovable, low self-esteem, dismorphy, heartbroken,etc.

And one thought crossed my mind, it was me venting on my hypothetical gf. The thing is, even if I feel bad with myself and a desire to cry or vent my emotions on her, considering we are in a LTR and im good looking (low htn 5'11), should I do this and vent her and cry in her arms or keep these things inside me?

I would feel relieved but I dont know if that is going to give her the ick or make me less masculine or whatever happens in a foid mind.

Go visit a therapist. Foids will subconsciously think you’re “not a real man” for crying and they’ll just use it against you during arguments later on.
