dirty funds -> monero -> new monero addy -> whatever crypto you want

theres way more stuff that goes on in the process like the feds having their own pools and the ring signature but this is basically over simplified for the sake of telling you

as long as theres no past transactions that would show that you obtained the funds illegally you could get away with depositing 6 figs into a low income bank as long as its a deposit from a trusted crypto exchange, nobody said that you have to deposit it into a bank account you could get exchangers to ship you cash irl, you can buy pretty much anything with crypto these days if you want luxury clothes farfetch if you want giftcards bitrefill and many many more
