Narrow or not?? I can’t fit my tongue at all in my upper palate, teeth crowding, uncomfortable bite and one side blocked from breathing ,if narrow how narrow, some people told me mid it’s not narrow or wide

If u had to make an estimate, how narrow is this? Whats the mm distance, and how much do I need to expand and how much should I tell the doc to expand to? I want to get like 40 41mm, im 15 bone age 12, the expansion should be easy right

Well can’t really tell you’d need to measure yourself but it seems like 32mm give or take
And at a bone age of 12 you have some room as it hasn’t fused
Get a marpe or something it’ll be simple but painful
