How to fix this ramus asymetry and reccesed chin , i also want way smaller jaw in width , so thats bone sculpuring right ? Can implants fix this ? or i need bsso ccw bimax ? for my jaw and gonial angle

Nice skull. Now put it on a TikTok short.

You will need double jaw surgery that includes condylar torque on the left (image) jaw and then shave both jaws. After that you will likely have some skin sagging and will need to look into a lower facelift.

no one ever saw it , till i pointed out , lower third looks really asymetrical when u look me from below , but in front profile and side not noticeable much
