Hello,

I recently got my CT scans done and will soon have consultation with Dr. Pagnoni.

Honestly, the CT scans came out and I don't really look recessed at all but I want to compare them with someone really attractive to make sure I'm not fooling myself.

@RealSurgerymax (or anyone) do you happen to have CT scans of men with highly dimorphic and attractive features? This would be extremely helpful for my personal assessment.

Thank you,
JohnnyWilliams.

Nobody has them. I would say we are actually quite clueless when it comes to the anatomical basis for the top 0.01% of beauty.

However, Arnett/McLaughlin’s cephalometric analysis is the best guideline for ideal skeletal anatomy that we want to achieve through orthognathic surgery. If you’re high IQ enough, read it

I always thought this too, wish there were easily accessible imaging scans of desirable skulls for reference. But I guess those people do not generally get full fov ct scans done.

You can look at older European skulls. They used to have much better development than today's average

Why would u still go to Pagnoni when his patients always have complications
