I don't understand how a guy could ever consider his gf/wife his "best friend." It makes me cringe hard whenever guys say "she's the love of my life and my best friend." How? You mean to tell me that a person you met two years ago in your 20's already knows you better than your homies you grew up with? And also, girls just can't understand the struggle of being an average guy (water). They've lived 2 completely different lives. She'll never understand an average normie's pain of rarely/never getting invited to parties, being left on read by whales, having no one to talk to, spending the weekend idle/rotting or with copes like gaming. How could someone who has no idea what it's like to be you become your best friend? It would make more sense if we're talking about middle-aged or elderly couples who've been together for decades, but for young couples? I call Bullshit.
