“Cultural” food

As a half Mexican I fucking hate “ethnic” food because most of it is 80% seeds, beans, and acidic sauces and 15% vegetables and bitter non sugary fruits and 5% nutritious animal products.

It makes sense why most Mexicans are 5’5 with oily skin, acne scars, and crooked teeth, there’s a study out there that says that 80% of Latino youth have dental problems it’s insane.

I think the reason why people cope about it is because it’s comforting because it reminds them of home but as even a kid I only ever enjoyed the meat and dairy portions of my culture’s food and when I travelled to Mexico recently my own family made fun of me for not enjoying grains and literal vegan based dishes. Not to mention that all water is contaminated and the moment babies stop breastfeeding they get addicted to soda, It’s not even their fault it’s so brutal.
