if you are fucked and not even hardmaxxing can make you htn just get limb leg surgery (only possible for people the age of 18-20 years) get as much money as possible so you can work from anywhere and disappear for a year where you heal from the surgery. Now you have the height halo and at least 185cm. Then you get surgeries to get to at least mtn and that should make you able to get some girls.
