A few nights ago I got like 11 hours sleep. But since then, I can’t seem to fucking fall asleep. I mean I do eventually but it takes way too long and I don’t get very much cause the sunlight wakes me up in the morning. How do I fix this

Make sure these basic steps are in place
- dark room (or you can get eye covers or improvise with a piece of cloth or something until you've purchased one)
- cool temperature. A fan can be really helpful. Be sure to leave a window open.
- make the bed. Being comfortable and sleeping in fresh bedsheets helps a lot.

You can also try this:
- eat something. Especially carbs are good because they release serotonin.
- take a hot bath or shower (it lowers body temperature and may help you relax)
- if you must use the phone then keep the light low and see if there's a night mode (there are apps for it otherwise)

Wake up and go to bed at the same time EVERY SINGLE DAY

Get sunlight in the eyes first thing in the morning
 
Make the room as cold as you can and then get a thick weighted blanket

Works for me most of the time
 
Sleep on a couch unironically
your bed sleep is making you anxious.
