Cure to bacne

I've had bacne for years upon years. There are some things that help like quickly changing dirty sweaty clothes, topicals, especially benzoyl peroxide, sunlight as well helps a lot, but nothing has ever cured it completely.

Until two weeks ago when I started putting coconut oil on my back before showering, completely cured it. Maybe because it's heavily saturated which is always anti inflammatory, maybe because it contains palmitic acid, i don't know, but shit works incredibly well and improves skin quality. Skincare products are usually based on natural ingredients anyway but with a bunch of useless random shit added and marked up 400% and sold in 4 different bottles.

Anyway try coconut oil on your skin, beef tallow would probably have similar benefits.

this is kind of diet in a way since it's a nutritious product, and most anything that you can absorb through your gut you can also absorb through your skin

Still, if u have acne its a signal that's something wrong with your body. Instead of trying to wash acne away, try to look up which food give u that shit to begin with
