Curly Hair - Length and Style?

I have 3c curls and it's gotten pretty long to where it covers my entire forehead (typical zoomer cut) and I just fade the sides every 2-3 weeks Curious if I should keep growing it out or trim it down significantly. Any inspos or input?

natural. I used to always fade it and cut it short but I’ve let the top grow out for a year just high maintenance with washing, conditioner, etc
