Using this on your hair every day and a tiny bit conditioner would go LONG ways in making your hair better. I can tell combing through and detangling your hair has been long overdue for a very long time. Need to take care of your hair when it is longer especially curly a lot to make it nice. You can also use bit of products to weigh down the curls too, with curly hair you at least get a lot of volume for free and ability to use heavier products without making it flat and clumpy.
