You can buy one in the hood or any like grooming shop for men that has stuff available for blacks, or just buy online, it’s cheap asf like $10 max. YES it does work on short hair…it defines ur curls more. U don’t have to put in curl cream or whatever conditioner at least I don’t have to before using it, but it may help you so see what works.
