Multiple people have asked me for this so i’ll just make an official guide and @ when asked and I finally have the time to write it.
Your going to shampoo and condition your hair, make sure you have absolutely no products inside your hair, dry your hair to where it’s not completely dry or dripping wet make it damp but on the dryer side if that makes sense.
Let your hair fall where it naturally is and ur going to comb the hair out where it lands which is going to make it straightened it’s going to be very flat like a ice cream baseball kid haircut but trust the process and be patient now when it’s fully straight your going to get a beanie, a durag yk something similar that wraps around your head, your going to put its on as tight as possible making sure it straights out the hairs all the way, this is going to keep your hair straight as possible and it’s best to do it at night because you could just sleep with it overnight.
Occasionally you could straighten it with a flat iron if you need help just watch a yt video or have your mother do it she probably knows, this will also make it more straighter overtime but make sure to use heat protectant, even if you use heat protectant your hair could still possibly get damaged, I recommend products I used to fix my damaged hair bellow
