Curly to Wavy Hair

I currently have 3b - 3c hair.

What can I do to relax it to around 2b. I DO NOT WANT PIN STRAIGHT HAIR. Just Wavy hair.

So far I have been using a flat iron, but that is tedious, and it fries your hair if you do it everyday.

I want a hair relaxing treatment, but not one too strong.
