If ur gonna get some buccel fat removed or some procedure in that area it shouldn’t be this much, alot of people who have noticeable zygos are in good lighting and using angles to make them pop, you can’t really see em in day to day life, even for models in normal lighting and normal angles their zygos are not nearly as prominent as in the pictures or the quick cat walk where they have practiced a strained expression.
