Current ascension, need tips and rating

So over summer 25 I gained alot of weight and completely let myself go, and currently I've lost 13kg, cut my hair to save my hairline, started skincare and cut my beard. I'm looking for softmaxxing tips to ascend further. Anyone able to give honest advice and rating?

December 25 - 89kg

June 25 - 91kg

Feb 26 - 83kg

I been cleansing and it's starting to purge, I think it will eventually clear the more consistent I am. I'd probs go with peps if it doesn't clear up thanks bro
