TL;DR
Meet women in person, it's easier to fuck them. Don't date for marriage until 24. Don't date subhuman unless you are subhuman. Low tiers have the most problems but will love you best. This thread will not be backed with any studies, and it will be based on my personal experience. I will divide women into categories by looks, and provide a personal experience or two.

Dating in today's world is a lost cause. There is not a single woman that is good enough, and men settle for less than they expect. Over time, our standards diminish more and more as it starts to set in that unless you are appealmaxxing and have status, women will never change for you. Like I said, I've been talking to women for years and over this period of time, I have had relations with all types of women. Different races, maturity levels, family situations, and most importantly, different issues.

Meeting Women
Meeting women is arguably the most difficult part of trying to date. There are very few ways, especially if you are an autist (like myself). I have personally tried cold approaching, meeting people through friends, and finding women through social media. Social media has various ways of meeting new people. I would recommend meeting women through friends or at parties though, as it is much easier to break the initial physical contact barrier if you see them irl relatively frequently or for extended periods of time. Although any way of meeting women can work, it's significantly more effective if you meet for the first time in person.
Sub-Human Women
You are either desperate or sub-human, and you have lost all hope in searching for a partner. I personally don't have too much experience in this category, but from the little experience that I have, I can comfortably say that unless you have no hope, morals or standards whatsoever, you should never resort to a being of this category. The only “men” that should date sub-human women should be sub 3 or lower.
Low Tier Looks
You decide that you are going to cope and settle for an ltb or worse, a sub 5. From my experience, if they have a good personality, the sexual attraction starts to build. Majority of women that I have had relations with fit into this category. I found these women to have the most issues though, mostly regarding previous partners and attachment issues. The most recent experience I've had with someone fitting into this criteria was a great experience while it lasted, so I have no regrets. Keep in mind though that depending on the issue, you guys most likely won't work. If you are considering pursuing someone from this category, I would recommend trying to choose someone with a problem that you can change. If you are good looking enough, you will almost always feel appreciated with one.
Mid Tier Looks
You start to obtain some good looks (high appeal or hmtn) and have good charisma. This lands you a chance with an mtb, and you are happy with what you have. From my experiences, the women of this tier are the ones that you have to worry about the most. They are good looking enough to be able to go out and cheat, and this is typically what happens. Keep in mind, high maintenance ≠ high reward. Majority of women I would put under this category came from my Snapchat days and were either very inexperienced sexually or partied frequently (very contrasting, I know). This makes them unpredictable and therefore not the best option to date. If you wanna fuck sum tho this is definitely the best option for a drunk party slay.
High Tier Looks
You have ascended, congratulations. Now women are yours to slay at will. You start clubbing, but this time, you have women eyeing and hawking you down to get even just the idea that they have the chance of hooking up with you. These women are typically the ones that have the least amount of issues mentally and are great options for a fuckbuddy (friend with benefits). I would recommend that you either create a slow-burn or jump straight into a relationship with these women. Showing uncertainty will almost always result in them moving on unless they don't know their self value (in rare cases). If you pursue a woman of this category, be aware that you will need to be on your toes 24/7 as if anything goes wrong, she has the ability to leave you for any man.
