Around 100 grams protein daily
150+ carbs
80 gram of natural sugars on avg
10 grams max of added sugar
sodium is around 2500-3500
I feel great. I feel myself getting stronger (and slightly uglier) but at least my acne is going away, maybe due to added nutrients. I try to avoid added sugars. Only difference I see is little to no hollowing in my cheeks, and slightly improved UEE which is due to bloating.
I’m eating a ton of fruit and meat, as well as wheat. I’m also consuming a lot of oats (plain) and adding honey and peanut butter.

What do you weigh?
I’m 130 and since I started bulking two weeks ago I’ve put on a solid pound and a half, plus 4 more pounds which I don’t count cause they are probably water weight

Don’t listen to them

0.75g/lb of bodyweight is fine
He’s putting on newbie gains he should be getting at least 1g per pound rn anyway it’s so easy for him to reach 1.2/lb unless he’s eating like an Indian

No bro im way past newbie gains. I’ve been lifting for years and training martial arts for the past two. I wish I still had newbie gains, I’m just really light due to high metabolism
