I assume your growth plates are still open, if you want to hardmax, just hop on hgh or cjc-1295 no dac + ipamorelin. If you don't want to do that, just focus on optimizing ur hormones through diet, sports, weightlifting, etc.

You should also try debloating, cause you look really bloated.

Imo im recessed so possible bimax I was thinking. Also everytime I swallow I hear a clicking noise so maybe I could get a surgery recommended from that so I dont have to wait till I move out
