On fin. Added dut every day 2 months ago. Ideally would wait another 10 months to see if dut thickened temple, but I've yet to see any evidence of this out there, and I'm impatient so will probably end up starting min sooner. There are a lot of thin hairs

I'm 22. Right side is still juvenile hairline pretty much
Dut will impact your beard development btw. Fin is best for nuking scalp dht but still enabling beard development cause it only blocks one type of AR enzyme (scalp) or sth like that

I started fin when I turned 20. Averaged probably around 0.25 mg every other day because I didn't want to prevent beard development. Even went to like once a week for a short period. Hopefully didn't cause hair loss

Anyway, it did stop my beard development cos it hasn't changed since, and my brothers had beards at this age

You need 3.5 mg a week to be effective imo. Fin wont kill your beard because it only blocks type II 5 alpha reductase (mostly in scalp and prostrate). Serum dht has no impact on beard growth. I believe type I dominates the face which is not impacted by fin.

It reduces overall dht by 60+%
Anecdotally my beard hasn't changed at all, whereas it had up until that point

In hindsight, I should've used higher/daily fin dosages earlier
