Definitely make sure youre sleeping enough your eyebags look pretty bad if they still arent going away then maybe invest a caffeine eye cream and compress in the mornings will help with bloat from sleep
Peptides and niacinamides can also help get rid of them
Side profile isnt really changeable just hope puberty helps
