Not sure, some looked very likely to be alternative accounts, some newer, some older ones.

The older ones would've likely been due to a data breach at one point, so their details would've been compromised (they'd been inactive for rather long periods before) and were thus deleted. Not sure if that removes their votes from the tally, albeit their names' are gone, someone check if all the names add up.

@Mess re-gained some momentum earlier today, which as far as I can see was legitimate. At most made some lobbying efforts.

In any case, seeing as those questionable votes were deleted and he still won... (questionable, actually, maybe some alts wen't unnoticed) Idk, let the users decide.
Staff won't involve themselves with this one, and I already backed @kaligula567 earlier just to keep participating so...
