Current look, what to improve? Rating?

Have some current photos and one from 19 y/o where I was ~12% bf looking much better, currently I want to fix my nose, need to fix teeth(Invisalign) I think my jawline is already good, my current goal is to lose BF % and gain muscle, get nose surgery. Need to know what else to improve, may need to get microneedle on my previous acne spots again.
