Doing some other stuff besides that, but just listing changes / more relevant things.

Looks:
- getting completely rid of acne. 10mg Accutane for 2 months, then go up to 20 or 30 mg and stay on it for a while
- Dutasteride to replace Finasteride
- Reta to go from 17% to 13/12% BF
- Continuing Gym (starting new split)
- good Fashion

Nootropics:
- Armodafinil
- Noopept
- Tak-653 (cycled with Noopept, will have to figure out the details)

Future:
- once skin is completely clear, focus will be on coloring and skin quality (hydration, elastin, collagen). Maybe tret + tanning drops.
- potentially PEDs (Test, maybe HGH)
- teeth whitening
- if needed once lean, Aqualyx (has someone tried that on lower Abs?)


Any suggestions?

Here I talk about my split and a split I'm considering. Since my daily routine will change a bit soon, I'll make it dependent on that.

My current split: - modified PPL - will take a rest day about every 2 sessions. Usually 1, but if I need it 2 days. - I train to make progress but also because I enjoy it, so it's possible that I make suboptimal decisions to maximize enjoyment - small muscle groups like shoulders or Abs I'll...

Are you joking?
I mean normies say I'm 13% bf, but I'm not. I think getting down a bit more will have positive effects on many aspects. After that I'd maybe eat at a small surplus at most. I don't plan on ever doing a big dirty bulk.

Update:
- on Reta now (week 1, 2mg, strong appetite suppression)
- 2 months on 10mg iso almost over. Will ask the doctor to bump up to 20mg: only side are dry lips for me
- sticking to fin until I'm on PEDs / my source gets back to me
- sticking to my old gym split for now (weaker on reta rn due to low cal and carbs)
- fashion maxing is in progress (looking for some jewelry (silver chain and maybe bracelet) and a black zip hoodie with a nice fit)
- got a small angioma lasered on my nose. Still healing.

Nootropics:
- Armoda 75mg (half a pill) works great for me. I tried higher doses years ago but liked lower better. might experiment in the future again.
- Noopept (decent but too little data how it is while actually studying. But my initial impression was good)
- Tak has been ordered yesterday

Next step:
- my skin is clean enough to try self tanners now. Any product recommendations?


Sleep is so essential. Had a wound that wouldn't heal for a week where I slept very little, despite creams and pretty strong prescription stuff. A couple of nights of good sleep and it's gone.

Is it worth it? Does it have any bad side effects

Depends on the dosage. 1 mg / kg bw is way overkill in most cases. Even 0,5 mg / kg bw can be a lot. If you have Acne conglobata or Acne fulminans, sure, take your 50-80mg.

But you likely have good skin and just a couple of pimples that won't go away. So 20mg for a couple of months and then 10 afterwards might be a good option with side effects you can manage easily. At such low doses you can combine it with topicals as well.

Update:
- 2 months on 10mg accutane are over
--> 20mg of accutane has been acquired

- bought relatively cheap tanning drops that were recommended to me by a Douglas employee. I'm really satisfied so far, they give me a nice coloring. Can't comment on whether more expensive drops are better or where the difference is.
I'm using them on the face, neck, upper body and arms.

- the angioma that was lasered on my nose is healing nicely. Was initially worried because it still looked red, but that's almost gone now.

- experimented with different reta dosages. Dialing that in. Already looking a bit leaner (also due to less water).

- ordered a hair dryer with a diffuser for curly hair. Will play around a bit with that. Especially practical in the winter when you can't air dry.

- was slacking with fashion, since I'm pretty busy and I find it usually hard to find cool stuff.
Jewelry and leather shoe / boot / loafer suggestions are welcome!

- gym frequency and volume are down a bit. Trying to maintain or up intensity.

Future plans:
- get new glasses and contact lenses
- blood work to establish baseline
- teeth whitening at home
