Also what else could I do Soft Max Wise and Hardmax (Peptide / Other Compounds) to improve other areas of facial structure

you have flared nostrils
only fix - alarplasty
but dont stress about it

You lack a little bit in zygo projection but overall good side

What would you suggest to improve Zygo projection, I have been thinking about HGH but my parents not sure would let me go through with that. Is bonesmashing legit for that?
