but genuinely tho you are pretty damn bulky bro dont be bulky it reads try hard at your height not hot
lean and athletic is what you should aim around 150lbs at 10-12% bf is ideal for you
you still have a long way to go current you is about 17-18 % bf maybe even 20+ cant be sure just an estimate but 17+ for sure

visible abs completely relaxed no sucking in at all ? thats sub 12-13% bf rather then if its with a suck in/vaccum you are around 16-17
whats your waist size ? measure your waist from navel completely relaxed dont cheat or suck in

waist (in inches) / height (in inches) if this number is below 0.45 you can be almost sure you are below 15% bf

I measured my waist at about 32.5in

Using 66in height this gives 0.49, so definitely not 15% bf.

Where did you get this metric from and is there more general guidlines for various percentages?
