Current routine:

I’m on 80mg accutane daily
, believe I just passed the 2.5 month point. Acne is nuked for the most part. I have some residual scarring/pigmentation, which is why im going to experiment with restarting azelaic acid and vitamin C while on accutane (I quit Tret & all actives when I started.) sunscreen, moisturizer, Centella, Vaseline is the rest of my skincare routine.

If my skin can’t handle accutane and topicals at the same time to fade this scarring then I’m going to LDAR all of this shit and save money as aggressively as possible for IPL laser treatment.

I’ve been dermastamping my eyebrows at 1 to 1.5mm once every 8-10 days. This shit gives great results when combined with other eyebrowmaxxing strats. I also dye them with beard dye every 10 or so days and use topical minoxidil nightly. I may reintroduce oral minoxidil but at a lower dose as doing 7mg bloated my face.

I’ve gotten my hair to a good oil/hydration balance by using shampoo and conditioner very very sparingly; I wash with water daily though. OGX shampoo/conditioner, OGX argan oil leave in conditioner and sea salt spray are the products I use. For a while now I’ve also been cutting-your-own-hairpilled due to @Orc . If you have a messy fringe deal going on like I do, highly recommend learning to cut your own hair. Going to a barber is a giga waste of time/money.

not as consistent with tanning as I should be but I use Bondi sands self tanner on my body as well as a random brand of tanning drops on the face and neck when I feel like it.

I’m on my second week of using 1% hydrocortisone cream on my nose. I’m following @Clavicular advice of doing every other day for a week, then taking a break. Can’t tell yet if this is cope or not but I’m going to give it a shot for a couple of months.

Every morning I hydrate well, take 200mg caffeine, drink a cup of dandelion root tea with potassium chloride in it, and ice my face for 5-10 minutes. As of late I’ve also been riding a bike for around 5 miles a day which also helps a lot with debloating for me in addition to my usual daily 10-12k steps.

Also haven’t been gymcelling like I should but I try to hit maintenance volume on all muscle groups prioritizing shoulders; arms, back. Been keeping the calories at 2100-2500, protein at 180g a day which keeps me lean even accounting for drinking/goyslop binges. I also take 500-1000mg metformin everyday which has helped my body composition.

Future plans:

Up until now there’s been external and financial limitations which have kept me from ascending how I want to, but in the next 4-8 months I should be able to put my plans in action.

Im going to be starting exogenous testosterone, likely 200-300mg to start off with. Once I’ve seen how my body reacts to this I’ll eventually add in SARMs/orals (anavar, LGD/YK11,) low dose Tren, or some other compounds which I haven’t decided on.

Dutasteride, eplerenone and GHKCU are also on the shopping list to counteract any possible side effects of exogenous hormones plus give me the perfect skin quality and Norwood zero hairline I’ve been chasing. Melanotan will also be incorporated very soon for getting that mogger smooth & even tan without raping my skin quality.

Cialis and Latisse are also on the shopping list too, albeit at a lower priority than everything else I mentioned before. I’m also going to be working harder on getting better skin quality on my body. I have some residual stretch marks and loose skin from being obese a few years ago, going to be experimenting with body dermastamping and trying some topicals like differin on my belly/biceps.

Neck training and penis pumping
are going to be implemented as well. It’s just hard to fit in shit like this with a busy schedule and pursuing other looksmaxxing goals, but I haven’t forgotten about them.
