This is my current routine, I am open to taking peptides/substances. If anyone thinks I should take away or add anything let me know.

Current Looksmax Routine


1. Skin / Face​

Topicals

  • Tretinoin – night only
  • GHK-Cu (The Ordinary 1%) – morning only
  • Aestura moisturizer + foaming cleanser
  • Facial irritation relief + debloating focus
Enhancement

  • Eyebrow growth serum
  • Learning eyebrow shaping

2. Height / Physical Presentation​

  • 2” height insoles (5’11 → ~6’1)
  • Style maxxing (clothing, presentation)
  • Haircut maxxing
  • Teeth whitening

3. Diet / Nutrition​

  • Mostly meat-based diet
  • Homemade L. reuteri yogurt
  • Lightly salted foods
  • 1–2L coconut water daily
  • ~64 oz electrolyte-balanced water

4. Training / Body Optimization​

  • Tuned diet + workout plan
  • Collagen optimization (internal + topical support)
  • Tanning (natural exposure)

5. Facial Structure / Jaw Work​

  • Chewing (still optimizing method)
  • Testing dominant vs non-dominant chewing side for asymmetry correction

6. Hormonal / Sexual Health​

  • Stop-start training: 4x/week, ~20 min sessions (no porn)
  • Kegels included
  • Considering safe lengthening methods (low-risk approach, conservative expectations ~0.5”)

7. Supplements / Nootropics​

Core

  • Creatine – 5g
  • Collagen peptides – 15–20g (grass-fed)
  • Vitamin C (collagen support)
  • Zinc
  • Vitamin D
  • Magnesium glycinate
Hormonal / Performance

  • KSM-66 Ashwagandha – 600mg
  • Boron – 9mg
  • MK-4 (Vitamin K2)
Neuro

  • GABA
  • Nootropics (general cognitive support)

8. Hygiene / Maintenance​

  • Native deodorant
  • General grooming consistency

9. Meta / Status​

  • Intelligence maxxing (high IQ leverage)
  • Business maxxing (status, income, positioning)

too much coconut water imo, its not magic

and you shouldnt take supplements, ur diet should cover all of the things you need,

and you should just eat liver or meat for ur k2.

other then that i am a big fan, you dont need to hang "maxxing" at all the things you list though, just say you got a fitting haircut
