I’m 5’11, 17.4 years old 132 pounds (started lean bulk)
  • HGH → 4 IU daily (tapered up from 1 IU)
  • IGF-1 LR3 → 20–40 mcg post-workout (training days only)
  • GHK-Cu → 2 mg 2–3x/week
lmk what yall think abt this for bone growth + muscle,

What should I add to it, I have my hgh, everything else Otw haven’t pinned yet
bpc-157 if you really want that extra better recovery and to prevent ruptured tendons

I have gonna use just cjc + ipa but I figured hgh would be better. What are some better alternatives
 
why would you even taper from one, your body already produces 1 iu naturally 💀 start at 3-4 then go up

HGH is so expensive, you could look GHRP-6 or androgens

U need to do more ghkcu I recommend 5mg a day that’s what I’m on rn

No, because like I said if your hgh is already optimal naturally your already producing 1+ ius so why stop your natural production to pin the same amount, just start with 3 iu then taper up

mhm, imo you should still look up something like GHRP-6 or 2 since it tells your body to produce it instade of just giving GH

Would my test get tanked or could I recover my natural test levels in any way if I’m off ?
