What y‘all thinking of my current daily supplement rotation? I‘m 18 years old, 66,5kg and 175cm (147lbs + 5‘9)
Sidenote: been on 30mg mk677 from 08-10/2024 (2 months)
- Accutane 30mg
- 2000mg Omega 3
- 1000mg vitamin c + 15mg zinc
- N-Acetyl-L-Cystein 800mg
- Ashwaganda 1200mg
- 660mg calcium + 330mg magnesium
- 40mcg vitamin d + enough vitamin k2
- 20 billion probiotics
- 90-120g Whey Protein
Too much or too less? I feel really good with this rotation im on it for 6 Weeks (except accutane just for 3 weeks). Not creatine because of trippin
