Body weight squats?
 
Did your legs grow from it?
Yep,you can get in crazy shape just by walking,squats,push ups,planks.Im really suprised from the gains.

I was doing 50x pushups/day for like 3 months but saw more gains in 2 weeks in the gym tbh

it's decent progress but it's not even close to ideal

i want to be naturally strong and robust,and it's a fun chanlenge,will see if i can do it.
