beef rice and avocado

over if you do not eat beef rice and avocado at least once daily

avocados are expensive and rice isnt even that good. my diet probably mogs urs to the grave

i havent eaten bread in months. i dietmog pretty sure of it

sweet potato - vit a and beta carotene
watermelon and tomato - lycopene
blueberries - antioxidants (probably cope but i like the taste and they are cheap)
chicken breast - protein
egg - all round good food
chia seeds - omega 3
nutritional yeast - all water soluble vitamins except vit c
oysters - zinc
brazil nuts - selenium
banana - potassium
bulgur - magnesium

theres more but i literally eat nothing procesesd and i hit every micronutrient while maintaining important ratiots such as phosphorus and calcium ratio

i doubt u mog my diet

very nice, except i mog simply because u do not eat beef rice or avocado

spinach - vit k and a, NO boost
90/10 ground beef - zinc, heme iron, protein

almonds - vit e, magnesium
grapefruit - potassium, antioxidants
rice - carbs for gym

comparable imo what do u think?

yeah looks good

compared to shit modern diet filled with everything processed to the moon and back, a whole food diet like ours is so much better

but carrots beta carotene is way less compared to sweet potato btw, but i know some people dont like the taste of sweet potato but i love it

nah i love sweat potato, was eating it for awhile but got too lazy too cook, might add back tho
