GH without calories is mid ngl.

MK677 is better for lean bulking or sleepmaxxing when not dieting.
Use it later when calories are higher. Save it for later.

Btw how tall are you and how much you weigh? just curious lol.

I did those bullshit tests( bioimpedance if im not wrong ) where they say the machine uses a small eletric current to asses the Bf, i 100% agree that im closer to 30% then to 20%, lowkey thinking of ordering a black marcket ozempic and leanmaxxing

No don't, at least not yet. What I'm trying to say is that it's easier to drop from 30% to 15% than it is to get from 12% to 8%. The bigger you are, the more impactful your diet is going to be on your fat loss. Simple thermodynamic laws.

My final recommendation is to clean your diet, reduce the servings/portions, cut sugar, some carbs and you will see drastic results with minimal tweaks. Find a balance that suits you. Best of luck.
