Recently I joined the gym and found out about my experienced gymbros' diet and everything.

Believe it or not, I live in one of its richest cities and these people have literally 25g of protein per day in their diets at best. The vegetarian guys have 5g~

Needless to say they are all fat blobs with no muscle. I'm pretty shocked cause I'm sure I asked more than 50 people in the ages 14-25 and only 5 people had a diet plan with decent protein(70g+)

and no I don't have any plans to correct them at all:lul::lul::lul::lul:

Their bodies are adapted to survive famines, hence the high body fat and low skeletal muscle mass.

They also have profound levels of insulin resistance which gives the skinny fat body. Especially belly fat.

Training natty without any interventions as an Indian is profoundly low IQ

I had the most textbook skinny fat body too when I started lifting(6 months ago)

What supplements/SARMS are you using? Anything you'd recommend?

North Indians only eat vegetables and pulses no meat or any other source of protein. Meanwhile malllus eat beef and 300g of protein per day they are built different fr @volcelfatcel

higher visceral body fat storage for metabolism and hormone production while malnourished and low muscle mass/lean mass for less energy required for maintenance

ive seen many indians with decent bodies. only thing is they usually have shitty insertions

what most ppl dont realize about indians is theyre natural ectomorphs cause they come from hot climates and thus will have maximal surface area so they build muscle in a very 2d manner

an indian will never have sleeve-busting arms, but they can build a lot of muscle on their torso/upper legs

also the only jacked indians i know do explosive sports like wrestling, thats probably the other thing

Mostly Indian bread which is all carbs and vegetables. The funniest part is protein is looked down upon as a nutrient and alot of the parents think eating protein rich foods like eggs and chicken cause body heat and pigmentation. Believe it or not, they're coping so they don't have to spend the money to buy those foods :lul::lul::lul: :lul::lul:

They're aren't rich, neither in DNA nor money, it's a nation where people struggle to survive, survival and progress don't go together imo.

Paneer is almost a delicacy, something that's cooked on special occasions. Even in the richest cities
