Those are four entirely different but intersecting groups of people: Black-skinned, Tamils, Dravidians, Caucasoids. This conflation of unrelated things usually comes from Pakistanis, where there’s some complicated religio-racial consciousness that is somewhat incomprehensible to Indians.
How are Caucasoids defined? Skin colour, yes, but also other physical traits like root canal length. India has multiple different Caucasoid strains. Neolithic Northern Indian caucasoids (for whom male haplogroups H and L are markers), Dravidian caucasoids (likely of Middle Eastern origin, for whom J2 is the marker), Indo-Aryan caucasoids (likely of Steppe origin, for whom R1a is the marker). Middle Eastern-descended caucasoids are far more common among Dravidian speakers (at a ratio of almost 2:1) as among Northern Indians. Steppe-descendents are more common among North Indians (for example about 40% of Rajasthanis, Haryanvis, Punjabis, Kashmiris, Western UPites, Himachalis are R1a). L shows a band from Kerala to Tajikistan. This is L, which you can see has three concentrations in Kerala, the Tajik Pamirs and the Northwestern subcontinental coastline
