Why is Hindi a mix of English and gibberish ?

Like sometimes I’m looking for some pc tutorial and stumble upon some curry and I watch the video for some time trying to know if he’s speaking English with a bad accent and that’s why it sounds like gibberish sometimes or if he’s mixing Hindi with English

They literally say a sentence in English then start to spout out some gibberish and speak English again
