I actually think if south asians cared about football as much as cricket and our countries had a football league and the interest to build, we would be pretty good at it. All our attention is on cricket and India, Pakistan & even Bangladesh have been the best team in the world at different points in time, India still continues to be top tier because they aren't held back due to other factors in their country. Imagine if it was reversed and it was Football instead, i guarantee there would be ton of professional very good footballers from our countries, i mean that's basically what happens in England/etc, football is part of the culture and all the interest is in it. Another issue is that most top tier professional footballers have been training since a very young age, our parents have a different culture and don't build/train us from a young age for anything, just let us be and then just want us to become doctors or get a good job, that's a huge problem aswell, just a different mindset.

Prince wasn't Pakistani but still a very good influence of Islam onto westerners and he was greatly appreciated and loved by everyone globally. They don't make boxers like that any more. Pakistanis are better at boxing than indians/bengalis but still behind the English and other countries. Amir Khan doesn't have a glass jaw bhai, his real problem is very poor defence. Go look at all the punches that KO'd him, they would have KO'd most boxers in his division aswell, the difference is that other boxers know how to defend and not take flush punches to the jaw. Khan was really good tbh, extremely fast and i really think if he fought mayweather in his prime he would have given him trouble due to his speed alone.
