im 6'3 grew up on milk and dairy. dad is 6'5 hes the same, my entire male side family males are above 6 foot. Milk is what allowed the yamnaya to reach taller heights. Muscle meat was never eaten alone in any traditional cutlure. The whole thing : liver,brain , oxtail etc was eaten. Eating muscle meats alone like many do nowadays does more harm than good. i said punjabi specifically because of this, the majority of ethnic punjabis(nearly 3x more than india) are in pakistan a muslim majority country where 97% of the punjabis are muslim, a bit of basic maths shows around 70% of ethnic punjabis are muslim. So most punjabis are muslim and probably do eat meat with 70% of sikhs also eating meat (57% of indian punjabs population)meaning around 80% of punjabis probably eat meat. A number that is between 2-4 times more than the average in india.Except sikhis are well known vegetarians lol. Go check the stats
