A lot of curries are vegetarians and deficient in protein.
 
Dairy and eggs is enough . Only meat worth eating is liver shrimp and brain

Eggs are shit, only 5-7g protien per egg and 62-80 calories a fucking rip off, that’s essentially nothing, don’t eat eggs for protien eat it for its choline and vitamin content. If it wasn’t for that I’d never eat eggs

Best protien sources are white fish and white meat (birds) preferably Turkey as it’s super lean and low calorie.

Keep red meat to 2 days a weeek if you must eat it

Only jains and a handful of others are vegan, which would be like 0.5%

nope animal protien is proven to have effects on height and development, thats why the historically non hindu punjabis despite being less developed that other parts of india are still the tallest average state.

Anecdotally my family are northern punjabi non hindu farmers and the average for the ones born in punjab is 5’10 (average for india and pakistan is about 5’5-5’6) and in the west the average is closer to 6’1.

im 6'3 grew up on milk and dairy. dad is 6'5 hes the same, my entire male side family males are above 6 foot. Milk is what allowed the yamnaya to reach taller heights. Muscle meat was never eaten alone in any traditional cutlure. The whole thing : liver,brain , oxtail etc was eaten. Eating muscle meats alone like many do nowadays does more harm than good. There are no benefits to going above 100 g protein unless as an extremely active individual and in fact you can start accumulation of ammonia and stimulating nitric oxide production which is detrimental to physiologic processes.

No it isnt , the best protein source is organ meats followed by gelatin followed by cheese and milk followed by eggs. You can eat any three of these as your dominant protein source and it wouldnt matter.

getting 100g of protein just from eggs is like eatinh 15-20 eggs. Just eat some chicken like everyone does, works for me. 2x a week steak/red meat/fish. I've ate more than 100g and never smelt like ammonia

why would you eat 15 eggs. casein , gelatin , eggs and milk are more than enough. And some days you can throw in steak, liver, oxtail, brain or shrimp. Chicken is a shit meat as it has a shitty calcium to phosphorous ratio.

I wouldn't eat 15 eggs, i eat 2 scrambled eggs and that's it. I don't eat pork/gelatine and I'm lactose intolerant so no milk besides some in cereal. Eggs and meat is the gist of it. I know organs are better but not a fan of them. Rather just eat steak.

Thats a shame as the protein quality in muscle meats is vastly inferior to gelatin ,dairy, eggs and organ meats.

It is what it is, better eat muscle meats than nothing and get no protein. Eggs i eat albeit 2-3 max. Milk has Estrogen so too much no good.

Milk has the best progesterone to estrogen ratio of any food. If anything milk is anti estrogenic

Include more gelatin in your foods. It has the best amino acid profile out of any protein source. And believe it or not potatoes are also a good source of protein although google says they aren’t.

I think it’s over advertised garbage. I prefer other forms of milk like cottage and kefir and you get calcium

Milk is a great source of calcium
It is but milk sensitivity is very frequent among people. I don’t find that to be the case with other forms of dairy.

i said punjabi specifically because of this, the majority of ethnic punjabis(nearly 3x more than india) are in pakistan a muslim majority country where 97% of the punjabis are muslim, a bit of basic maths shows around 70% of ethnic punjabis are muslim. So most punjabis are muslim and probably do eat meat with 70% of sikhs also eating meat (57% of indian punjabs population)meaning around 80% of punjabis probably eat meat. A number that is between 2-4 times more than the average in india.
