Yes bulls and elephants are vegan, but their bodies are 100x more efficient at using aminos, so they can eat that and get jacked, gurus who say otherwise are dumb.

Basically elephants, lions, etc can't ve compared, every animal is different biology, and also different lifestyle (lions sit on their ass all day).

As for eating mutton (lamb, sheep, goat) that only really exists in what I call the lamb belt (shown below, an area where people basically all look pretty similar, control for UV and migration), and Indians aren't really in the lamb belt. The lamb that is eaten in India basically was brought by mughal rulers because they were used to it and is still very localised (Delhi, parts of punjab, Lucknow, Hyderabad, chettinad country).

Also lamb is way less efficient way to get that stuff than beef (less protein per total calories, higher fat, less Zinc, less vitamins).

Personally I love lamb, and I grew up eating it loads cos my dad's parents are from peshawar and kashmir, so it was the norm for me, but if people try to move from veganism to lamb, it's super difficult cos lamb had a much more gamey smell than beef and obv chicken.
