Said this before on a very similar thread today but East Asians have the advantage when it comes to being appealing to more races of women and having an IR dating advantage while Indians have the advantage when it comes to endogamy and being better able to find women and wives within their own group.

Indians may not have as much of an issue with their women dating/marrying out in droves but Indian men also have much lower levels of being in IR relationships compared to East/SE Asians.

There's subgroups of White and Latina women who are very accepting or even obsessive towards East Asian men whereas it's rare af to find women who specifically have a thing for Indians. At best, they'll accept individual Indian guys who are gl or rich but there isn't any real simping for Indian men which is why so many cap about being Arab, Latino, or even "Light Skinned."

TLDR: East Asians win when it comes to IR success. Indians win when it comes to having success with their own.
