I think its because of cheap office space means they can buy and dispose off very easily. Also the west Bengal police and cyber crime unit is a complete joke a lot of corruption I've heard and there are no Simbas/Heroism like with Mumbai police Any other state police like the Mumbai or Delhi police would have raided them one after another
