Using the athame, trace a circle around the picture or representation of your enemy. Visualize the circle as a protective barrier, keeping your enemy confined and vulnerable.

Recite the following incantation:

"Shadow Wraith, hear my call,
Answer my plea and heed my call,
Inflict my enemy with a curse so dark,
Let them suffer and bear the mark."​

Visualize the energy of the curse building up around the circle, filling it with a dark and malevolent power. Direct the energy of the curse towards the picture or representation of your enemy, picturing them being consumed by the curse.

Once the energy has reached it's peak, extinguish the black candle, and dispose of the picture or representation of your enemy, ensuring it will not be found or disturbed.
