Custom genioplasty

I’m curious about custom genioplasty that widens the chin. What do you think about it? What are the ideal measurements for such a procedure? Is it really risky, and how many surgeons actually perform it? I’ve noticed there aren’t many results online regarding this procedure. It seems like a better option than implants, considering the potential erosion over time that implants can cause.

For me i think the chin should be as wide as the lower and upper palate or even narrower a little bit.

Hopefully it goes well, i want to see if the surgeon whom i am getting bimax does a custom genio, i saw that he does mini chin wing tho, so he probably does a custom genio.
